Department of architecture

Serveis i Construcció Prat has of his own department of architecture, to charge of a collegiate architect in the COAC (Cabbage·legi d'Arquitectes of Catalonia).

In addition to the preparation -without any commitment- of any estimate requested by the client and to plan painstakingly each detail of the work requested, offer the following services:

- Architectural projects,  included the direction facultativa.
- Obtaining of permissions of work.
- Preparation and processing of cédulas of habitability and certificates of energetic efficiency.
- Preparation of technical memories, basic studios of security and health, etc.
- Technical reports on state of real estates, pathologies edificatorias, etc.
- Technical inspections of Edifices (ITEs).
